Gogis Textile focuses on the research and development, production, and sales of various high-end textile products, covering a wide range of home textile categories such as home textiles, clothing fabrics, four piece bedding sets, quilts, pillows, mattresses, bed covers, sofa covers, etc. The company always insists on using high-quality raw materials and has established long-term stable cooperative relationships with many well-known suppliers at home and abroad. A direct-operation export model built on locked mill capacity, stationed quality control and total transparency.
Belt-direct, not second-hand trade
We focus on premium home bedding, long-term bound to several large-scale source mills with locked dedicated lines and quarterly capacity — an Exportfactory direct-operation export enterprise, not a traditional re-trading middleman.
Complete production chain at the mill
All partner mills are local compliance benchmarks with full weaving, dyeing, sewing and finished-goods packing capability — stable mass production, custom revision capacity and full-container delivery strength.
Stationed three-stage quality control
We assign dedicated QC to the mill: fabric spot-check, in-line craft patrol and full finished-goods inspection — strictly controlling color difference, skipped stitches, stains and damage to cut clearance and after-sales risk at the source.
Source-premium, transparent route
Transparent parameters, transparent craft, transparent sourcing — we refuse low-end commodity and re-traded goods. Every shipment runs fabric spot-check, craft patrol and full inspection.

Photographs from the Nantong mill floor where our locked, dedicated lines run — spreading, sewing, finishing and final checks. Same goods, same lines, shipped direct from the mill.
Independently tested, not just described
A third-party test report on our all fabrics (CTTC, China Textile Product Quality Supervision &Inspection Research Institute, CNAS/CMA) records formaldehyde not detected, pH 5.8 and none of the 24 restricted decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amines detected, meeting GB 18401-2010 Class A. It covers the fabric submitted for testing, not every product — the report number is public so you can verify it.

Mill sampling confirmation
Every custom order is sampled at the mill workshop; bulk weaving starts only after you confirm style, color and craft — eliminating off-spec goods and excess color difference at the source.
Stationed three-stage QC
Dedicated QC completes fabric spot-check, in-line craft patrol and full finished-goods inspection — strictly screening defects, stains, skipped stitches and creasing.
Source-level after-sales
Any quality issue is traced straight to the production end and handled by the mill directly — color difference, defects, mis-embroidery and missing items are verified and remedied.
Transparent scheduling
Workshop scheduling, weaving, sewing, final inspection and loading nodes are synced — real, verifiable, traceable progress with no fake middleman updates.
Double-checked customization
All pattern, size, craft and text requirements are double-checked and filed by both sales and the mill plate-making team to minimize customization error.
